Stewed cheese with red berries

A sweet dessert for sunny days. From 8 months.


  • For 1 dessert:
  • 100 g ripe cherries
  • 40 g of 40% cream cheese
  • 1 C. sugar coffee


Wash the cherries. Rape them, pit them and cut them in half. Put them in a saucepan with 2 tbsp. water and sugar. Bring to a boil then lower the temperature and cook for 10 minutes covered over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Let cool, drain them if necessary and mix them in a very fine puree. Pour over the cottage cheese and serve.
