A hint of orange blossom gives all its taste to this dessert that will appeal to your little gourmand from 18 months.


  • For 2 desserts:
  • 1 banana
  • 100g of flour
  • 1 dl of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 C. coffee orange flower water
  • icing sugar
  • frying oil.


Cut the banana into pieces. Mix the flour and the milk. Add the egg yolk and the orange blossom water. Beat the egg white with snow and add it gently to the dough. Dip the banana pieces in the dough and fry in the oil. Drain on paper towels and serve sprinkled with icing sugar.
