  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 50 ml cream (lightened)
  • 50 g chopped almonds
  • 50 g candied ginger
  • 50 g chopped dried apricots
  • 80 g apricot jam

Preparation:

For the dough whip the butter, the egg and the icing sugar. Add the flour and zests. Knead to obtain a soft dough. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator. Put in a small saucepan butter, sugar, honey and cream. Boil the water. Add the almonds, ginger and apricots. Take off heat and let cool.
Lower the dough on the floured work surface to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the dough. Divide ginger and fruit mixture over.
Bake in preheated oven at 160 ° C (hot air) for 15-20 minutes. Take out of the oven and brush with the heated jam. Cut into rectangles of 2x5 cm and let cool before eating.
